Cooking Mixed Vegetables and Fried Eggs with Pork Sausage

Last night we dropped by again at a nearby supermarket and bought veggies to cook with some leftover ingredients from Saturday's lunch.

Here's what we had on our table this afternoon:

Mixed cabbage, carrot and meatballs.

Mixed cabbage, carrot and meatballs ingredients:
  • 1 cabbage
  • 1 sliced carrot
  • Chopped garlics and small red onions
  • Meatballs
  • Cooking oil
  • 1/2 Maggie cube
  • Pinch of sugar and pepper
Eggs with pork sausage.

Eggs with pork sausage ingredients:
  • 3 whisked eggs with pinch of pepper
  • 1 sliced onions
  • Chopped Chinese pork sausage
  • Cooking oil
Sunday's Lunch Menu: Brown rice, veggie and eggs.

How I'm going to miss preparing and enjoying our home-made meal together on weekends. What they say about cooking is correct. Cooking can be fun.
