Work has been crazy and literally worn me out these days.
I have been really looking forward to this slightly long break since the beginning of the month, which marked the end of my Christmas holiday. Ah, this is just an excuse. I just wanted more holiday. Period.
What were the to-do-lists that I set for myself for the Chinese New Year long weekend?
To do N.O.T.H.I.N.G.
Lay around and waste time. I thought doing these would melt away my stress.
Outcomes: Muscular Fatigue and Pain.
Yes, I am having severe neck and back pains at this moment.
I pretty much did nothing for the past two days.
Spending a lot of time in front of my computer.
[Facebook-ing, Friendster-ing, blogging, reading someone-I-don't-even-know's blogs, browsing, checking Wikipedia and Youtube and completing zillion other good-for-nothing activities.]
No reading books. I bought New Moon almost three weeks ago but I haven't even started touching the first page.
Very very lazy to do stuff.
Holiday should be relaxing your body and soul. But, lazing around combined with aching back and massive boredom are just tormenting.
I should have taken more active breaks and moved around.
Is it about time to sign up for the gym membership?
